Ministers are paid whenever bounties are given out, which MiniInfo is handling at the moment. Diplocorps are normally also paid if they've done anything in the time period, as is wiki work.

Arbiter has always been paid (as Judex). King of Arms didn't exist last time ... you'll have to bug Corey. But even if it wasn't paid as a position, you should be paid a bounty for your work on Heraldry.
