I wanted to try out a lottery to see if we could get the economy jump-started. The first pot is going to be experimental with a cost of 10 erb per ticket to test run the system. If you want to participate transfer 10 erb per ticket to "The Mango Loto" account and PM me with how many tickets you bought. I'll post your ticket numbers in the Lotto thread as they are purchased. The winning numbers will then be announced in the weekly podcast (hosted by Andrew Allot) and posted in Malarbor the next day. 90% of total revenue will then be transfered to the winner's account. the remaining 10% will go towards the next pot.

Well you'll have to excuse the lack of the thought. This was just a test run for the Loto anyways. I will ensure that I do so next time
