These accounts will have their funds returned to the crown if their users do not post by the end of June (I say that because I'll be on LOA from 1st July). They can request 75% back if they one day return.
ktzunichurch is also put on notice - Nick, if you don't post that you want it separate within the next fortnight or so, I'm moving the money into your nick11247 account. For record keeping, I don't mind inactive accounts, but I prefer them to have 0 in them.
