The situation that Kostalan described is more than satisfactory in my view. With that said, MiniTrade is in charge of the auction. Any issue that arise should be brought before the Judex and, if the decision there is unsatisfactory, ultimately to me.

Ok. We'll deal with that hurdle if we come to it.

JHI hereby drops out of the auction.

That's too much, I can't match it.

Btw, I've kinda gotten the idea that the NDOG has some remorse over their bid... I'm not quite sure how this works now, really. I guess if people can withdraw freely the way the JHI did then it's consistent that Nelaga be allowed to withdraw or adjust their bid at this point (though I guess either would count as a new bid toward the 24-hour thing). What say the MiniTrade?

What kind of auction is this? "Dropping out"? Out of the question. A bid is a bid. If you can't match it, that means it's the winning bid.

I think what Jötunn meant by dropping out is that they won't bid higher than they already have.

It is now 24 hours since the last bid. I declare N-DOG the winner on 15000 µ.

The money will need to be in the Crown Account within the next 24 hours, or you will be required to explain to the Judex why the sale should not be void.

I am pleased to report that the payment has been received in full. Nelaga are now the undisputed owners of JASO, and all the accompanying rights, equipment, facilities etc. They may do with them as they like.

The money has been distributed as decided by her Niftiness - 50% of funds going to Erik, as founder of JASO; and of the remaining 50%, 60% going to MoMA for the Defence of the Realm, and the remaining 40% staying as Crown Funds. Thankyou for choosing MiniTrade for your auctioning requirements.
