Dear Minister,

The People's Academy of Elwynn is in the process of being established as a non-profit organization dependent only on donations to cover its expenses.

It was chartered by Duke Loki and was granted a tax-exempt status within Elwynn. I was made its chancellor.

As Chancellor of the People's Academy I do apply for a tax-exempt status for the Academy'due to its non-profit character.

Approved. Though the right is reserved to audit your transactions if it is believed the account is being used for tax evasion. (like if it hits 20000 just before tax day and falls to 10000 a week later, for example)
