The Chain of Command in the Barony shall be as follows. In the event of the disappearance of the Baron, the next person in the chain of command may take control of the Barony, and so on. This Chain may only be amended by the current Baron of Atterock, and the Baron may only be changed by the current Duke of Kildare. Nobody within the Chain may amend it.

The Council of Counties - comprising those whom met together in Raynor Isles during the Gong Li rebellion, excluding those counties which are no longer in the Barony.
The Acting-Count of Melangia - Cla'Udi (when he is filling in such a position)
The Count of Norfolk - Nick Foghorn Leghorn
The Duke of Kildare - Shyriath
This Chain of Command should establish clearly who may claim control of the Barony, to avoid dangerous forces doing unwanted things.
