Laqi Phrasebook Part I released

Sanjnbajna, Nogiv Selaam!

The first installment of the Li Phrasebook has been released- that is, Part One- Greetings and Civilities.
I'll add more when I can find the time. And yes, I have managed to fix my display problem with IE so I can use all the funky new letters Laqi has now! :document

Hmm... it's cool, but the presentation could be better. I tried out formatting it as a definition list on the talk page and it's clearer but looks worse IMO...
No-one should be without a parasol, Sirocco.
