So, here's how it works.

- 3 diplomats from each side.
- Baldwin as an observer.

Issues to tackle:

- How to handle ceding dinarchial Antica
- How to handle Kaikas
- How to handle the Delphi trial and other complaints
- How to handle the general treaty friendshipness
- How to handle anything else important to the treaty

Et cetera. Yeah, I know this is terse, but it works.

I think it has been fairly settled that all of the former Dinarchy is to be ceded to Antica, except of course, Kaikias, which I think we should make our first topic of discussion, mostly because this is one that may be solved fairly easily, and I'd rather do the easy stuff first and the miring issues later.
