Query: New style for the Territory?

To everyone that are interested:

*The new Bailiff sweeps in with grand sweeping reforms*

I thought that since the territory is headed by a bailiff, that perhaps the name of the territory should be changed to "The Bailiwick of Lac Glacei". Any thoughts? Territory just sounds so generic.
