I mean, what's going on? Independant territory perhaps? I understand H4773r is Sheriff anyway. Oh, not that it really matters, but why does Harald have mod powers over this forum? Any particular reason?

My Lord Duke,

I think Harald's powers are an artifact from when the forum was archived. This is all the leftover stuff I annexed in Jan., but "Stormblum" needs to go back to Ryan.

It doesn't really have "land" except in the parallel-universe sense. Absentia was conjured out of it. The idea was originally to leave it vague.
