By the power of His Grace, the Duke of Yardistan, I do decree the following:

1. With the repeal and subsequent dissolution of the LGLL, Lac Glacei has no standing military.

2. Whereas defense of the state is a matter of importance, a military is deemed necessary.

3. To support our defense, Le Legion Azure (The Blue Legion), is hereby reinstated.

4. The Azure Legion will also encompass the Snowtrooper Special Forces (Snowtruppen) as Special Forces under the Army.

5. The Azure Legion shall be divided into three main branches; Army, Navy, and Airforce.

6. This defense force shall comply with Shirerithian military laws, rules and any other requirements.

7. An Order of Battle will be published by the State detailing the composition of the Azure Legion.
