If you're buying/leasing the right to culturally develop the barony further, without any sort of claim to the land (militarily, nobly or otherwise) nor any claim to representation in the Saenad, I'd have no objections to that.

I thought it was to Jonas, because Jonas is the one selling the Barony. If you have decided to sell a Barony too, I may be interested yours also.

While the monetary amount I am offering is much less than the monetary amounts offered by some others, my offer also includes the title to the County of Illumination. The County of Illumination is very safely situated and resource-rich, and has a lengthy and illustrious history. I think it would be a nice bargain to add it to one's existing title(s).

I'm sorry but such a transaction will NOT happen. Vasroe, while I'm sure your intentions are pure, it is not your place to offer a county as compensation. I would however be interested in offering a loan, lets say, so that you may acquire the title with monetary superiority.

Illumination can play Gascony (macro), as in the Hundred Years War. You are a Kildarian Baron with a county in Elwynn (France was, in fact, for that time one of the mightiest countries of Europe ). But which side will you, Vasroe, chose in civil war?
