And now, in my infinite wisdom, I do declare Nick Foghorn Leghorn to be the Count of Norfolk. Though he is Yardistani by choice, he is granted this County in recognition of his old efforts in it. Ah, thank you very much. It's good to have this bit of land back in my control. I see the treehouse I built here is still in good repair, perhaps we should grab some rum and gather the pirate folk and ensure that its repair is not so good in the morning...
