A Proposition on the Jasonian War

As Babkha is committed to support the Imperial Republic under the terms of Mango-Camel et al and as Babkha is a long way from the theatre of operations, separated by a wide ocean full of trigger happy Anticans and as there have been minimal preparations to defend against the onslaught of Novatania/Nelaga/Everybody Else might I propose the following:

Were I to be granted permission to command the Imperial Volunteer Forces originally raised for the Gascon Campaign I would at least be able to credibly defend at least one of the islands before being miserably crushed by overwhelming numbers - thus satisfying honour for all parties...

D. Imperial Volunteer Forces
- Headquarters (500 HQ General Staff)
Kampfgruppe Becks (3880)
Kampfgruppe Carling (3880)
Kampfgruppe Carlsberg (3880)
Kampfgruppe Stella (3880)
1st Aeronautical Volunteers Squadron (9,000)

In my utterly unoffical capacity, I'd love to see Ardy commanding a Commonwealth Security force on the Cerulea-Ocia frontier, for the obivous reasons.

The Imperial Republic has offered its silent consent. :mal

Silent consent accepted. Remind me to cite this as a precedent. :document

*Stumbles in with a greasy handkerchief stuck in the neck of my shirt*

What? Did someone say precedent?

Not to be taken literally except in the instance that I receive no reply to my request for permission to hang all lawyers & justices found within the confines of the realm and elsewhere. ;)

I'll just give outright consent to the original proposal. :p

Why not Kampfgruppe London Pride and Kampfgruppe Abbot Ale?
Have some taste, man!

I don't see the need for a Babkhan presence on the islands, seeing as the Novatainians are already going to be utterly crushed with Shireroth against them.

Yeah, because the Shirithian Andreas and Erik are totally not going to play on Nelaga's side :p. And because even just the relative outsiders (Antica, and wherever Jeremy and Josephus are from again) on Nelaga's side don't already outmatch pointwise what we currently know we're getting to the battlefield :p.

(seriously though, Andreas represents Novatainia, so it's fair for him to be on the Nelagan side. Erik, though, is apparently holding the idea that it'll be better for Nelaga - as in the actual micronation that thrives on interesting culture - if the Nelagan side in the recwar completely outmatches its opponents, rather than if it gets the beautiful skin-of-its-teeth victory that it deserves)

Meh. I'm not really involved in this... Ashkenatzi forces just sailed there and back again for no adequately explored reason.

Max you completely missed the part where that is actually a Shirerithian force from the Gascon Campaign being reactivated.

I was inactive again back then.
Silly me.
