The following citizens are hereby recalled to active duty, to serve at a rank similar to the highest rank held in the past.

Fax Celestis, to be re-frocked in the rank of General (O-6), to be assigned command of Fort Leviatan, Nuadia'Diva, to command such forces as may be stationed there in peacetime and in war.

Conglacio, recalled in the grade of Colonel (O-5), to be promoted to the rank of General (O-6) and given command of Fort Cognito, to command such forces as may be stationed there in time of war.

Ryan, recalled in the grade of General (O-6), to be assigned command of Bifrost Air Base, to command such forces as may be stationed there in time of war.

Ari, recalled in the rank of Lt. Col (O-4), to be promoted to the rank of General (O-6) and given command of Naval Station Musica, to command all naval forces in time of war.

Shyriath, recalled in the rank of Master Sergeant (E-5), promoted to the rank of Command Sergeant (E-6) and given the position of Sergeant of the Shirithian Armed Forces, to advise the Chief of Staff of the Shirithian Armed Forces in times of war and peace. Furthermore, he shall hold the honorary rank of Lt. Col (O-4), and will command the 336th Fighter Squadron, located at B'Caw Air Base, Benecia, during times of war.

Bill, recalled in the rank of General (O-6) and to be assigned command of Fort Czerka, to command such forces as may be stationed there in times of peace and war.

All of the above enlisted or were commissioned in service to Shireroth under either Stone Jackabar or Greg Russell, and as such I am recalling them to active duty to better serve Shireroth.

Also: Be it known that Baldwin Plantagenet Julii has been commissioned to the rank of General (O-6), and has been assigned the position of Chief of Staff of the Shirithian Armed Forces.

Rarkasha is hereby commissioned to the rank of Colonel (O-5) and assigned as "Commander, Imperial Shirithian AeroSpace Operations".

I am more than happy to take this position. Fort Leviatan is prepared for its first wave of trainees, if and when you wish their arrival.

I've got a squadron finishing Basic at Modan-Lach AB right now, they'll be there shortly. After you're done with them, send them off to B'Caw AB for their Airborne SpecOps training, and I'll send you the first bunch of Army recruits from Fort Eliria.
