I'm putting Eoin in charge of carrying out Operation Narwhal Tusk. Until the operation is finished, he has some rank that indicates that he's allowed to command anyone in the Norfolk general area if he needs their help. Pretend that we have a chain of command figured out and that this is all legitimate. Eventually I'll work something out. Keep in mind this is only a temporary appointment for the duration of that operation, that things will be shifted around when it's finished, and that I still outrank him.Eoin, I don't know why you didn't put the plan into operation this morning, but do initiate it as soon as humanly possible.
