In light of the escalations in tensions between ourselves and other powers, I hereby order the security codes used by the Ministry of Military to be changed from those held by the previous occupants. Until the appointment of a new MoMA, I shall hold and distribute these codes personally.

I've also removed permissions for people who don't hold certain jobs anymore.. but seemed to want to exorcise those powers anyways.
