MoMA Order 3820/001

An Order for taking the Defence Space Initiative (DSI) into public ownership and integration of the same into MoMA.

1.0. Defence Space Initiative
1.1. The Defence Space Initiative (DSI), schematics, threads and items of equipment, facilities, research and personnel associated with the same, as determined by the MoMA are henceforth to be considered the exclusive property of MoMA;
1.1.1. From the issuance of this order all prior rights of the Infinite Space Initiative (ISI) and its proprietors to the aforementioned shall be deemed null and void;
1.2. DSI shall be assigned to MoMA Directorate of Imperial Defence Section C. Imperial Strategic Forces [MoMAD IC.];
1.3. Each item of DSI associated property as defined by the MoMA in accordance with 1.1. shall be transferred to its appropriate new MoMA jurisdiction as determined by the MoMA and shall be appended with a confiscation notice outlining the same and referencing this order;
1.4. Compensation shall be set at non-confiscation of ISI fiscal assets and a general tendency towards refraining from cudgelling erstwhile proprietors and stockholders;
1.5. The remaining non-DSI assets of ISI shall not be affected by this order.

2.0. Implementation
2.1. This order shall be deemed to have entered into effect from the date of its publication.

MoMA Confiscation Notice

In compliance with MoMA Order 3820/001 Dr Lucard Cyrus Wrend, having been determined by the MoMA to be associated with and integral to the Defence Space Initiative (DSI), is hereby confiscated and appropriated by MoMAD IC.;

Inquiries regarding this confiscation order are to be forwarded to MoMAD IIIA. Sub-Section D, Claims Department, DSI Team, Duty Clerk, Cluster 9, Routing Team 6, PO BOX RM101 for forwarding to the MoMAD IIIA. Directorate of the Commissariat, Directorate of the Commissariat Secretariat, DSI Working Group, which shall have ten working ASC years from in which to reply from the moment of receipt of the initial inquiry from the Duty Clerk of Cluster 9, Routing Team 6 of the DSI Team.
