MoMA Order 3601/001

An order for the restriction of access to Fort Foley, the institution of an Imperial Defence Board, the abolition of JASO and the conferring of privileges upon Osman-Almagro Industries

1.0. Fort Foley
1.1. Access & permissions to view and post content at Fort Foley shall be restricted to members of the Imperial Defence Board.

2.0. Imperial Defence Board
2.1. The Imperial Defence Board shall be tasked with the implementation of the Ministry of Military Affairs’ Mission Statement;
2.2. The composition of the Imperial Defence Board shall be as follows:

Chair – The Kaiser(ess)
Co-Chair – The Minister of Military Affairs

Strategic Policy Group:
(Determines Policy)
Kaiser(ess), Minister of Military Affairs, Minister of the Exterior, Minister of Trade (for SCIRA & ANOVA consultative purposes)

Imperial Defence Coordination:
(Directs Operations of Imperial Forces & Ducal Militias)
Minister of Military Affairs, Minister of Trade (as per the tripartite administration of SCIRA), Duke of Brookshire, Duke of Elwynn, Dutch of Kildare, Duke of Straylight, Duke of Yardistan

SHINE can be relied upon to invite itself onto the Imperial Defence Board no formal invitation to participate need therefore be given

3.0. JASO
3.1. JASO, being of negligible utility, is hereby disestablished as an agency of MoMA;
3.2. The Minister of Trade shall be invited to conduct an auction of the JASO rights & effects to the highest bidder with 60% of revenue generated by the said auction going towards Imperial Defence with the remainder accruing to the Crown;
3.3. The Ministry of the Interior shall be notified of the intention to archive the JASO forum subject to final disposal arrangements being finalised upon the successful conclusion of the aforementioned auction.

4.0. Osman-Almagro Industries
4.1. Osman-Almagro Industries shall henceforth be deemed as the nationalised defence research, development corporation of choice for the Imperial Forces of Shireroth;
4.2. The Ministry of Trade shall be consulted with regard to the creation of an “Orbat shop” under the aegis of Osman-Almagro Industries for manufacture of units and weapon-systems for SCIRA;
4.3. The Ministry of the Interior shall be served with a request from the Ministry of Military Affairs for the creation of a forum under MoMA for Osman-Almagro Industries for the purpose of research & development work.

5.0. Implementation
5.1. This order shall be deemed to have entered into effect from the date of its publication.

MoMA Caveat to MoMA Order 3601/001

1.0. The Steward
1.1. In the event of anything especially unfortunate and of an incapacitating nature befalling the Kaiser(ess) and the heir/spare not being immediately available to replace the same on the Mango Throne, or else the Kaiser(ess) being on a specified leave of absence (LOA);
1.2. Then;
1.3. The Steward shall enjoy the rights of access to Fort Foley consistent with performing the function of the Kaiser(ess) as outlined in section 2.0. of MoMA Order 3601/001.

Whether that is a good thing or a bad thing is really for you to judge.

In response to your request re: Osman-Almagro. Currently SCIRA has openings in the sale of 18th Century; Modern-Land; Modern-Air; and Futuristic. That being said, Lamifo held the rights to Modern-Land until they recently decided to enter Hiatus. I'm sure you'll understand if I were to say I'd prefer Osman-Almagro to pursue selling rights in one of the other available areas, so that when Lamifo exits Hiatus, they can continue their previous good works. Currently we restrict selling rights to one type of shop per person, because of the large profits inherent in the business. But you're more than welcome to take one of 18th Century; Mordern-Air or Futuristic.

I can explain this to you, because you'll actually get what I mean ...

When SCIRA was started, futuristic weapons was meant to be like the sort of stuff the CAA turns out - stuff that's a reasonable extension of currently developing technologies, but's not in current use. Probably costed using Bayen's costing system for future tech. I'm sure you'd do fine as that, and it would be nice to have that shop filled.
