Further to your earlier request - it is perfectly possible to prematurely detatch an IKOL anti-ballistic missle from its boost unit whilst still retaining sufficient velocity to initiate the ramjet mechanism. Using targetting software it should also, with appropriate modifications, be possible to control the missile's descent onto a ground target.

We must however strongly advise against firing a combined kerosene-fed ramjet and solid fuel propulsion unit with attached kinetic fragmentation warhead into an urban environment, even one partially overrun by Ohl'tar such as Vijayanagara.

There has been an overrun in the reconfiguration of IKOL for this custom launch - those responsible for the inefficiencies have been assigned to other duties which may or may not involve excavating the contents of a cesspit for the extraction of nitrates.
