Part A - Who Owns What
(using a tiddly wiki , I am making an easier to deal with list of who owns what...)

first off, as it is the easiest bit, I am putting in what the forum listings say is what...
Done: all that except for Boreal Ellwyn

go through the contracts to check who owns the counties.

make a list of the citizens from that.

go through the MINT forum and GenDis to see who needs to be added to the list and who needs removing.

work out which counties are still owned.

remove un owned Counties

put in new owned counties.

End up with a nice, clean easy to edit list.

Turn that into a post.
