No. The lands are too far apart.If you find someone who wishes to claim that land, and then sign contract with them joining you together, that's perfectly fine.In fact, I do believe the actual territory for Byzantia has yet to be determined, though you are offering contractual agreements to them already in Elwynn.Perhaps you should look there.
