Who is interested in a recwar with another nation, and in particular, any nation interested in it? Hehe. If not, we can leave it to a civil recwar.

Normally I would, but I have a lot planned. Other than school (which might get worse this year, most likely), I have the Ministry of Cartography and Praetor to uphold - I refuse to back down on my positions and be inactive. So, it will be more productive for me to work on the things that I have to work, rather than recreation that tends to eventually frustrate me anyways because I tend to hate writing.
