Idea: Military Creativeness

Post by Kaiseress Semisa I »

Should there be a development branch of the military that develops micronational/Shirithian mods for popular games?

Fine. I'll refound BGI. :p

I also think that we should tie it in with the economy.

Okay, so I'm making a Hunters of the Stag module for Neverwinter Nights. I'll see what I can come up with for other games.

Anyone else have a pet project or favorite game they'd like to ShireMod?

Because it would be better in MiniTrade. Come on, we could sell the games and such for :erb .

Hmmmm. That's a point, there. We could use all the erb-wrothy items we can get.

On a related topic: Bill, I have Civ IV now. You mentioned that you were working on something for that?

How do you people do that? *boggled*

And on a more related note, it just doesn't seem to fit in the military. Not to me anyway. It's creative and not militaristic.

Only possible thing I could see that it is related to the military is that we could do military games or something to that extent there, but other than that? It's more creative.

Alright, the MiniTrade thing does make sense. So let's stick it in there.

I agree. After all, isn't militarism really the antithesis of creativity...

and conscious thought?

"Stop thinking and follow your God-Emporer!"
"BONZAIIIII!"

Sorry, I had a really bad day in military science.

Did you have one of those unwinnable debates or something? I remember one I had where I convinced my entire class that the dropping of the atomic bomb on Japan in WWII was a good idea--when I didn't believe it myself.

No, no, I was just pissed about the puffed-up attitudes a certain cadet has about her own achievements. I,myself, am not in the ROTC but MSci is a required class at my school, if you can believe it.

As for my cadet, who the hell does she think she is? What authority does she have to threaten people with pushups, to yell at them? So what, once a week she gets to wear a gay uniform with shiny shoulder straps and a dairy queen hat, and otherwise dress up as a character from a musical comedy?!

PS: the reason we have military science...like everything else at my school, FUNDING.

Wow. Angst.

I'd say the best way to deal with said military cadet is to simply publically humiliate them.

Or openly mock them when they are hit in the face by a fast-flying RUBBER dodgeball a few moments after verbally-assaulting understandably-unenthusiastic Goths. :D

As MoMA, I should think that this idea does not belong in the military. Elsewhere? Yes.
There are no flowers, no not this time. There will be no angels gracing the lines, just these stark words I find.
