RULES OF DEBATE

1. No flaming or ad hominem remarks. Such remarks will be deleted and the user will be barred from speaking.
2. Please obey the Moderator and respect the other members.
3. Please avoid logical fallacies. Ad ignorantium (i.e. "Well, you can't prove God exists, so he doesn't exist!") and circular logic will be pointed out by the Moderator and, likely, the opposing member, embarrassingly.
4. Be nice.
5. Be smart.

6. Standard Debate Procedure (no questions):
i. Opening Remarks (1 post each)
ii. Rebuttals (Moderator decides length)
iii. Repeat as necessary
iv. Closing remarks (1 post each)

7. Standard Debate Procedure (questions)
i. Opening Remarks (1 post each)
ii. Question 1 (from moderator)
iii. Answer to Question 1
iv. Rebuttal
v. Repeat between members as necessary
vi. Closing remarks (1 post each)

Yep! :D

Although, this is meant to be a serious series of debates, and while I'm not going to be mean, I would like people to attempt to keep their arguments logical. As in no: "I believe X because Malarbor demands it." While appropriate for the rest of Shireroth, such arguments have no place here.
