Well even though its been like four months since Natopia was restored I am just now getting on to my little tour of all our old friends to renegotiate treaties. That said, is Shireroth interested in having some sort of standard treaty with Natopia again?

I was poking around that forum, wondering what exactly the Commonwealth's purpose was for. A long time ago I remember it being for nations that now occupy Shirithian land a la British Commonwealth... is it more than that now?

Also it depends on who else is joining :smashy
