Shirerithian citizenship may not be for me as evidenced by recent events. However I wish to align myself with the Shirerithian hegemony and take advantage of the economic and foreign affairs benefits of it. You have seen how Elwynn has allied with Antica, for instance. I would like to enter my free County into an alliance with your nation. Shall we begin the negotiations for a treaty?
