Nelaga's part of my regular rounds. Points of interest include the fact that Fides is doing a fairly decent amount of 3d modelling work for them, and that they have a merit system... which is practically rather similar to the bounty system in that its function largely consists of Andreas going and listing how much stuff people deserve get for their contribution to the nation once a month. Aside that, there's a lot of differences: you get merit for a few things that you wouldn't get bounties for, such as just posting, or participating in the legislative process; merit is not tied to the economy, at least not yet; merit is currently used for buying votes; and anyone making contributions to Nelaga, even non-citizens, can gain merit. I have enough of it to vote, though I haven't bothered to actually make use of said honor yet.

I wonder if actually understanding the merit system is worth a merit point or two. It seems like it really should be. :)

Fair write-up. Fides's 3D works are great.
