Oh Gralans?

I have been trying to follow events in Gralus recently, but as of today I'm completely confused.

Why'd Liam quit? Did he shut down Toketi's board on purpose? Does Toketi not exist anymore?
And while you're here, where's the Gralan constitution?

This is terrible confusing!!!!

To elaborate on 2 and 3, the board migrated to phpbb3. We just haven't told Spangle yet ...
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
