Your Excellency,

I am sure you are aware (and yet bewildered) about the situation which has publically arisen in Ocia regarding the recent split of the once united Federation. I wish to convey to you, on behalf of the People and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Ocia, that we still have a great desire to maintain exceptional relations with such an admirable and culturally diverse state like Shireroth.

If the agreement is mutual, the Democratic Republic of Ocia wishes to affirm that it is ready to continue to recognize the former treaty signed by our two nations as active, and continuous.

Lastly, I wish to say that it is the sincere wish of the government of the DRO to maintain closer and more active relations with Shireroth, most notably in the field of economics where we hope take part in trade between our two nations.

Can I just add that Matt has demonstrated his desire to improve from past wrongs by repealing the recent death warrants and turning his focus from bickering with Eastern Ocia (who continue to cause provocation) to building up internally. I think it's admiral [I think he means admirable. At least that's what the people with a 0.0 approachability score say - Ed] to find a micronationalist who can admit when they were wrong and revoke the action instead of just waiting for everyone else to forget (which seems to be the normal way of getting over mistakes). From a MiniTrade perspective, Ocia is a valued trading partner and I would suggest the MiniEx take him up on his offer.
