Resolution of Kaikias

[Braden Indianensis]

WHEREAS: The Count of Kaikias, desirous as he is to join the Republic of Antica, and having knowledge that that Republic will not grant him citizenship without his severance from this duchy
and, WHEREAS: He is the only former Dinarchialist who regularly posts in these fora
and WHEREAS: He has come into positions of responsibility in Shireroth and is not willing to leave
BE IT RESOLVED: The County of Kaikias be removed from the provisions of the Treaty of Aquilaria and allowed to join a different Duchy or Barony.

NOTE: I have proposed this piece of legislation to give my actions some legitimacy.Regardless of whether or not this resolution Passes, Fails, or no one takes any notice of it, I will declare Kaikias independent. Thank you.
