New County and Amendment to Contract

Ok, Foghorn wants his County of Norfolk to the Duchy of Antica. Therefore, I propose the his acceptance, in the form of an amendments to our Contract:

Section 1 shall be amended to read: "The Counties of Platea, Skiron, Mesoun, Kaikias, Jaris, and Norfolk are hereby joined into one contiguous unit known as the "Duchy of Antica.""

Section 2a shall be amended to read: "The first section shall be known as the "Barony of West Antica" and shall consist of the County of Skiron, the County of Mesoun, and the County of Norfolk. Count CharlDelta shall be its Baron."

This is pretty straightforward, but I'll allow for debate until someone makes a motion to move to vote.

Doesn't the proposal you made at the beginning of this thread need to be seconded? That's what I meant to do.

Hmm, *hopes there aren't holes in the procedure decree*, I see this as a piece of legislation, which wouldn't need any second to be proposed. Only a motion to vote would be.
