"Execution of Ascendancy": Decree 01031309
1) Challenging any Noble in the Barony of Hallucination to a fight is called the "Execution of Ascendancy".
2) Any citizen of Shireroth may start an "Execution of Ascendancy" in Hallucination.

Execution of Ascendancy:
Any citizen of Shireroth may challenge any Noble of Halluciantion at any time by starting a "Challenge" thread on the land overseen by the Noble. Anyone who can post in Shireroth may join in the Challenge on any side they wish and may change sides any time they wish.

A challenge is followed by the first strike in the challenge thread of a fighting nature such as, "I strike you with my sword." ... or whatever weapon you have. You must name the person you strike because there may be more than just two people in the battle and others might join after the melee is started.

You must have a medieval solider, only Medieval soliders may be used with the exception of prayer by a Priest and magic by a Wizard. You must be able to show that you bought the solider from an orbat dealer of Shireroth in advance of your challenge.

People on back the same way and can must have a purchased medieval solider from an orbat dealer of Shireroth. A person could run right out and hire (buy) a medieval solider in order to join the "Execution of Ascendancy". Each person can control only one medieval solider in any challenge.

The person making the challenge and those fighting with him cannot make a second strike until either a response has been made (this begins the melee) or three days pass. After that any one person cannot strike any other person more than once in a post and not again before three hours have passed since their last strike on that person. You can strike more than one person each time though.

You cannot fight in more than one melee at a time with the exception of Priest and Wizards.

The response can be from the Noble or from anyone fighting for the Noble. If three days pass with no response from the Nobles´ side the challenger wins and takes the position of the Noble. If the Challenger is already a Noble they must renounce their existing title to take the position.

A Priest or a Wizard may join the melee on other side and can be in more than one melee at any given time.

A Priest can say a prayer before strikes are made that allows a strike to count as two strikes or a pray that allows one strike to miss. The prayer of a Priest last for three hours and go for or against the next strike made. Another prayer cannot be made by the same Priest for three hours since their last prayer in the same melee.

A Wizard may use magic after a strike is made that makes the strike hit double or a makes the strike hit the person who attempted the strike. The magic of a Wizard last for three hours and go for or against the strike most recently made. The Wizard cannot perform magic in the same melee for at least three hours.

Once a person has been struck ten times they are wounded beyond the ability to continue and must withdraw, they are not dead. The battle continues until all those on one side or the other are wounded beyond their a to continue or seven days, whichever happens first.

Should the melee go for seven days the side with the most wounds shall withdraw.

If the Noble wins he may declare an ordeal for every person on the other side to suffer.

If the challenger wins he takes the Nobles title and land upon renouncing any Noble title currently held in Shireroth . Those helping the challenger may not have the title or land but might expect payment of some sort from the new Noble, let them work that out.

A challenger who loses is unable to fight again in any melee in Hallucination for at least twenty-three days. Others in the melee are not able to fight in Hallucination two days for each strike they take.

Declared by Baron Austi Scot
So shall it be from this day.
