Alas, no, I couldn't find one. But I'll make one up.
Port Halluci stands on the edge of the great forest that covers most of Old Hallucination. Above it is Lake Christoph, the largest lake in Shireroth, and hidden somewhere in it's depths, the Ocean Palace. Port Halluci itself is the largest town in the region, and though much of it's walls were destroyed in the Kildarian Civil War, has the remains of this ancient defence around it. Within the city you can find many humans as well as more exotic races - dryads, Melangians, even a few re-envisioned Halluci. The Mayor of the town is David, who played a significant role in the Kildarian Time Wars.
