The Capital of Absentia is returned to Corrigible, however sufficient civil service postions will remain in the old capital so as not to upset the civil servents, many of which are very large and scary with sharp teeth.

... I think so anyway, I don't really want to load the map on this connection.... could be it was never moved from Corrigible to wherever it was...

No, it seems it used to be in Serovopolis. Which means this does change the map. And I have no idea at the moment where the most current thread for reporting map changes is...
