Can there be a SCOWL discussion subforum under the Small Commonwealth forum (similiar to the United Economy one), and the 'Official SCOWL Rules' topic moved into that subforum and stickied.

Can there also be a Shirithian SCOWL forum created; either in Shirekeep City Centre or under MoMA; and the SCIRA subforum archived publicly (SCIRA troops will be grandfatherable into SCOWL up to the cap of 50 000 points per person; but to just change that forum into the SCOWL forum would be infinitely confusing - its better archived).
