Could you create a subboard for the Chroniclers of Arms under the Kaiser's Court board please? With the Mango King of Arms as mod maybe?

Apparently, being associated with a Ministry means being associated with a Minister. I would like the Chronclers to be less like a sub-Ministry, and more like a branch of the Civil Service. Exit left, cue Ardashir's rant.

I must disagree with your position Bacchus. You see the heraldry (which I still have no clue what it is) is obviously under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of the Exterior as it represents Shireroth as a whole. And what better place to represent Shireroth as a nation then in the MiniEx? (Hurray for circular logic!)

The MiniInfo is mainly concerned with the upkeep of the ShireWiki.

1. The Minister of Information shall be given Sysop access in the ShireWiki, access to update Malarbor announcements or to arrange for updates by others, and a budget set by MiniTrade for outsourcing ministerial duties as necessary.
2. The Minister of Information shall be the chief editor of both the ShireWiki and of the Malarbor announcement box, with final say over their contents and possible disputes thereover except for the Kaiser.
3. The Ministry of Information shall maintain a Department of Research and Education for the organization and development of national culture, technology, and education.
