New Flags for Elwynn

As the Barons and the Duke approves the flags I'm designing I'll post them in this thread. When you have the time all of Elwynn would appreciate it that the icons were updated.

Here are some flags for Kai-Raikoth and its counties. I have followed the garish Elwynnese trend of making them in gradients, though Truth and Beauty alone know why.
