No mere mortal illness can keep his niftyness down for long!
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy

And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

103 degrees = dead :o

No, not really. I've made it through 104.5 myself a few times, (which may explain alot.)

(Of course that's Fahrenheit.) :demon

Just don't try to overdo while so ill. It would sap your strength and make your recovery longer.

Jonas--

In Fahrenheit, 98.6 is normal body temperature. It is equal to 37 Celcius. 107F is usually as high as a fever can go before brain damage and death can occur. In Celcius, 100 is the boiling temperature of water. In Fahrenheit, it is a mild fever. The United States still uses Fahrenheit for taking temperatures in most cases.

Apparently our Kaiser decided to move us into the future when he set up our country to run on metric units. Hooray for undecipherable units of measure. (Most of us Americans use metric units only when forced to do so.) :D

I use metric consistently because I have trouble visualizing imperial units over distances longer than a foot...then it confuses everyone because they don't know metric...

Those of us who learned metric units only when we arrived in high school or college science or math classes still find it difficult to shift over to metric. It just doesn't seem natural. But, using the English measures of length, weight and time such as span, stone and fortnight, isn't natural either. It's all a matter of what you are accustomed to.

EUR Alt-0128 Hold alt then use your num pad (numlock on) and hit 0128 while still holding Alt. æ is Alt-0230 thus we can get Prætor.

And here's an oldy but a.. err... oldy.. µ Alt-0181
