Yeah, I'm outta here. Honestly, I just don't understand Shieroth and I don't contribute anything here, so...

*Resigning my Citizenship,

See ya.

Shieroth is incomprehensible. Shireroth, however, is.

APPLICATION FOR RESIGNATION OF CITIZENSHIP DENIED.

...wait...what...?

I'm not quite sure I understand you...

EDIT: also note, I didn't contribute anything here for over 6 months when I first got here.

He also resigned the Nelagan presidency. We're as lost as you are.

I'm thinking we'll just chalk this one up as another rage-quit... I think it may have something to do with the forum merger...

Hhmm. :(

Fides will have his reasons for doing this.

This comes as a surprise.

And a sad disappointment. Fides.. Cut it out and get back here. We miss you already. And you contribute plenty!

I don't think its a ragequit. He did a similar thing in Antica several months ago after concluding that he didn't really understand us/fit in.

I did the same thing in Antica after like 3 days.

I've never visited Antica's forums ever, and I don't plan on doing so in the foreseeable future.

It's pretty dead, and worse, their ridiculously overpowered sense of nationalism prevents them from having meaningful interaction with anyone other than themselves.

My lord Kaiser, that's shockingly insular of you.

Antica is becoming overshadowed, Ambassador Aryeztur. It made too many enemies. Antica must show its nicer side; Shireroth certainly has shown its nicer side to it in the past. Perhaps, and this is merely a suggestion, Antica ought to cede some of its seized territories to neighboring smaller nations such as Batavia and Natopia, in a show of goodwill.

That I see as unlikely.

I wouldn't say Antica has made enemies. It's more like, well, we don't really need them. If they want to exist in their isolated little bubble, that's fine with us. I don't think it's something that ceding territory can solve. They'd have to show genuine want to get involved with things other than themselves.

Now, that's perhaps not really necessary... :p

It's more like Harvey said it: we don't need them (which doesn't mean that we can't participate with them or be nice to each other).

I wonder if THEY can be nice to others.
