Massive forum tune up...

So.. I did a massive moderator/permissions clean up.
The archives don't list EVERY subforum in there now on the main index.
Elwynn was sent to the archives, considering that whole thing.
Hyperborea was sent to Brookshire for proximity reasons.
Imperial Lands was just archived. If you need a county let me know.
I removed a number of outdated groups. (including Elwynn)
Updated a variety of groups. (still have more group work to do).


If anything got messed up, someone lost access to something they should have access to, etc. Let me know. I'm trying to streamline things, and update security. Hopefully I don't mess something up.
