Erik (as designer of the House system) and Malliki (as local law expert and generally a good person to take advice from) what's the recommended procedure for dealing with Minor Houses that have gotten down to one person or thereabouts? Do I disband them, do I demote them to Very Minor House status and take away their Baron title, or do I leave them be until they can get back up on their feet?

Since there is nothing written regarding this, and no precedent, my recommendation is based on my own reasoning. Either disband since we aren't supposed to have one-person Houses, or demote to Commoner House for a period first.

Demote, remove titles. I don't think they should get a forum either. I would encourage them to find another house to join with. With the loss of title would also come the loss of the lands tied to that title. 1 person isn't a house. They only get their personal lands, and personal title.

Tessier-Ashpool, you're on notice. Lady 3Jane hasn't shown any signs of being active in Shireroth (if she even exists) and Ari's gone now, so that leaves you with only one person. I'm giving you a week or two to get a second person (you might want to try recruiting our new immigrant) or I'll have to recommend the House for demotion.

Annexis, you're not quite on notice because you still have both Greg and CJ, but given that Greg is on LoA you're walking a thin line.

I bet 50 Erb that Lady 3Jane will miraculously reappear...
