I'd say that in Goldenbrook and Kildare you drive on the right, in Elwynn you drive on the left, and in Yardistan you drive in the middle.

People in MASS don't drive much, because importing gas is pricey (as getting gas to ANY island would be), so those who are rich enough (or rural enough) to drive would do so on the right, i've allways theorized. But driving in the middle sounds good too.
What follows has lead me to this place where I belong, with all erased.

Kildarians drive on the left, surely. I know *I* do.

Mostly floating settlements, based vaguely on seastead technological visions. Pohjankaupunki has an undersea part, though.
