W.Payne's County

So I noticed that neither Shyriath nor Austi have been around recently and that it may take a while for either to approve Mr. Payne's request. Is there any way to circumvent this? Or if you find that Kildare is not, after all, the place for you Mr. Payne, then please feel free to come to Elwynn. :document

I, as one of the older Kildarians, approve his application for Countdomness.
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
