Multiplicity of titles

There are a number of us (myself included) who enjoy limited authority within multiple jurisdictions. Speaking purely for myself, I believe this to be in the interest of Shireroth as a whole, and attempt to inject some sort of activity where-else there would be none.

However, one does feel like butter scraped over too much bread at times. I believe immigrants should be considered kindly, and that those of us with multiple counties should be prepared to do the generous thing, again for the best good of Shireroth.
