10 peasants is clearly 1 Tenant per the Resource Charter which clearly says a tenant can only produce .5 of a resource per day. How were the 10 peasants farming on plot 13 able to product .6/day?

I have to say that last bit is a good observation. I like the feudal structure of Shireroth even if I might disagree with some of the things done by autocratic heads of the government. While I do think, mate, this feudal structure deserves more activity in its very nature, methods, and possibilities...
