Re: A loyalty oath - with a twist
I swear loyalty to the Golden Mango Throne and to Kaiser Ikol II Kalirion. During his reign, I swear I will not rebel against the Kaiser, nor support my subdivision in rebelling, unless the Landsraad has passed a resolution calling on the Kaiser to abdicate and the Kaiser has refused. Unless such a ...

Re: UPDATING THE CLAIMSMAP
Partially, just partially. There is also Fort Carolina (another typo, FFS) which will enable MoMA to coordinate the defences of the natives.

England was a thoroughly mediocre side in the footie (soccer) today. Your chaps probably would have deserved to win.

Yeah - tough that. Shouldn't have mentioned the flag.
PS. It's currently 1-0.

Re: Flag Change Bill 3963
Of the modernisations of the old flag I preferred the one I borrowed to form a part of my signature. That said I've all but accept that a certain segment of the community won't "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SHUT UP" until the flag issue is resolved in favour of some toned down variant of the old flag as prop...

Re: Flag Change Bill 3963
Well this is weird since it's not a vote for a flag. It's a vote to do a vote for a flag. Technically all of this is meaningless if a Landsraad member introduces it. But since this issue isn't going to go away until we sort this out, voting no on this seems kind of silly and petty. Oh get over that...

Re: Imperial Order AII-13: Heir
With regards to rebellion you need something that legitimises success and punishes failure. Recwar won't cut it unless its by mutual consent. Perhaps the pretender to the throne should be banished for three months if they fail to carry off their coup.

Only in the sense that it was where the protagonists in the book I was reading came from (who subsequently journeyed to Mediaeval England during the Wars of the Roses... it was a rather daft book).

Re: All is well in Kalirion lands.
It was one of the cities I founded during my period as Baron of Elwynn/Eluin and as such was a title I reserved to myself as opposed to allowing to lie within the gift of my successors. How I came upon the name was by reading a bit of random pulp fiction where the 'City of Victory' got a favourable ...

Re: Imperial Order AII-13: Heir
I'm making light of the misguided tactic not the consequences. Allot and Co were a law unto themselves so you can't really plan for them or draw conclusions from them. The Scott Pact is, I would suspect, slightly remediated by Scott's scheduling as the heir. The Ryan situation was probably one that ...

Exactly. While I agree with the proposed tariffs I feel that the law should lean towards being directed against obvious obscenity as opposed to mere sarcasm and non-constructive commentary (yes, that is because I would otherwise be a prime offender).

A Resolution on 'Spheres of Influence'
As an Emissary of the Kalirion Lands I petition to submit the following: We, the Landsraad of Shireroth, urge Her Niftiness the Kaiseress, Keeper of the Apollo Legacy, Grand Mistress of the Orders of the Dragon, Griffin, Phoenix, and Chimera, Wielder of Vengeance, Bearer of the Celestial Barrier, Co...

Well I would like to highlight evidence of contrition, but at the same time I would like the ban to run at least a full week to prove the point.
