I didn't really support it. I just kept my mouth shut about it and let you people do it. I helped a lil, but I really had very little to do with it. I just made sure it was done properly, and pointed out where things needed to be changed to do it.

Also, the precedures for Prætor elections and such are set down by tradition and precedent.

The Kaiser acts as Prætor when there is none, and must hold an election for the prætor. Nomination are made. And a vote held. What is done is nobles rank their 3 choices (if there are 3... 2 otherwise) and ...

I moved it to the Decreebook from the Charter, hoping someone would catch it and deal with it. But figured the LAndsraad would be flaky.. so left the law somewhere editable instead of just the Charter..

Accually.. they aren't being returned to anyone.. We would maintain the rights to the names and cultural stuff. Just they wouldn't be on the MCS map anymore, and no one could claim them as their own, as we would still control them, they just wouldn't be on the map.
