Shireroth

Well, the waiting has gotten to me. I'm sure some of you will see me as just another newbie who wasn't going to stick around, but frankly, that won't really affect me, considering I won't be here to see the mockery. I'm revoking my request to join because I can find absolutely nothing to do as a new ...

Well, I'd desire not being kicked out of the country because I do not want to join a chat service.

Going so far as to REQUIRE it is a bit much, though. I'm sure I'm not the only person in the world (in fact, I know quite a few people who agree with me) that chatting is a boring method of communication where people say what they think without thinking about it, leading to the usually mess that ...

Well, just as you find it annoying to not be able to talk to people, I find it annoying to not be able to think out my posts. I probably spend more time typing posts than others, because I spend a few minutes thinking out what I want to say. It's not that I can't come up with a response that quickly ...

I'll pass on the tutor thing, I prefer to learn by myself, although I'm flattered by the offer.

And no, I don't have AIM and don't plan to get it. Personal reasons.

we do it to ensure consistant activity for a good amount of time in real life. if shireroth went by internet time i would probabaly be dead by now.

two weeks is nothing compared to the six odd years our great nation has existed.

and yes, even the vets go through it.

it'll be over before you ...

Well, and I'm refraining from going to the map myself because I have no clue the cultural status of ANY of the numerous counties, anything that's famous for it's wine and/or historically medival would fit the bill for what I want to do.

It's just that two weeks is pretty long in internet time. A week would be more understandable, but two weeks just seems redundant.

I'd really rather have a blank slate. I hate picking up anything where someone else left off, and I'm pretty sure I'd hate having to stay true to what they wanted instead of doing what I wanted.

When I say free land, I mean land that has no county on it with any historical background so I can do ...

SHINE? Are they the official credit-card company of Shireroth? :P

I'll be happy to take any unused land if someone points it out - location isn't a huge deal for me. It's just that all the fuss makes it appear that there is no free land.

Two weeks? Isn't that a bit long? I mean, I will if I must, but that's quite a large amount of time to wait just to actually be able to do anything besides exist...

*cough*Oblivionripoff*cough*

I'm pretty sure I've made it clear that I fully intend to rip off Oblivion. But thank you for the clarification anyway.

Anywho, Am I correct in assuming the problem here is that all the land in Shireroth is split up already and not a single island, hill, or valley is ...

Most honorable Kaiser:

I would be very much in your debt (indeed, I already am for being let into this wonderful nation) if you would be disposed to grant me a county to be named Skingrad. I care not where on the map it is placed - any small unused plot will do.

Many Thanks,
