Imperial Decree #238 - Political Parties

Political Parties are hereby unbanned from Shireroth. This revokes Imperial Decrees #97 and #124. In Shireroth, a political party is defined as an group of people organized for the purpose of directing the policies of a government, or a group of people having a common identifying interest that provi...

Imperial Appointment #5 - Steward

As a tribute to his activity and loyalty to this nation, and the fact that I'm going to need an active citizen to manage the nation when I am gone starting next week, I hereby appoint Baldwin Steward of Shireroth. He may be a dual citizen, but I trust him with the general safety of the nation when I...

The ironic thing is that you can't actually put it in legislation, as it would go against the current decrees. As well, I think this would go against the charter: All supreme Executive, Legislative, and Judicial powers of Shireroth shall be vested in the Kaiser. The Kaiser may make any decree regard...

Bah. No controversy?

Two decrees are done. The last decree, changing the feudal system, is going to be a pain in the ass, as it will require a lot of legislature on my part, and I don't even think I can do it all, because it would require changing the Procedures of the Landsraad.

Imperial Decree #237 - On Rebellions

The section of the Lawbook related to Rebellions (Chapter VIII, Section W, although it is currently mislabeled as Section V) shall be amended as such. It shall be changed from: V. Rebellion 1. General Provisions a. Rebelling to overthrow the legitimate Kaiser of Shireroth without his/her consent is ...

Imperial Decree #236 - The Ungreening Principle

Although Ric mentioned it in the Landsraad, this is actually something that I have been planning. Currently all Imperial Law, labelled in green in the Lawbook, cannot be edited by the Landsraad. I hereby am allowing this to change. The Kaiser hereforth shall have the power to demote Imperial Law to ...

Rebellions, Feudalism, and You

We all know that this nation needs reforms. Here are two of my plans. Mind you, this isn't going to solve our activity problem. All it will do is help fix the system. The first plan is to go to a system akin to the old feudalism system. THe current system, as much as a novelty as it was, isn't worki...

This is getting annoying now. Ryan, I want you to have a list of all of your citizenships. And I want you to announce whatever citizenships you have in the future. Your citizenship in Shireroth is of first priority. You are limited to three citizenships, and that is only if you are not a noble or mi...

Imperial Decree #235 - On Minors

All minorcy periods that are currently in session are hereby waived. Under my reign, minorcy shall not be the norm, but shall only be placed by me for some specific new citizens, and only under a special circumstance. This is getting stupid. We had a citizen leave because of the fact that he couldn'...

Allright, that's it. I'm decreeing that the minorcy period still allows one to be a count. This "two week" thing is getting absolutely dumb, especially since we need people for jobs.

Edit: There we go. Your minorcy period is waived. What is your MSN? Come talk to me at bill3000[at]att[dot]net.

First of all, I agree. Territory was only the initiator of these talks, not simply the actual point. It was meant to reconcile our grudges so that we could become allies again, just like we were allies in the old Dinarchy days. 1. I'm not sure if that is a good idea. First of all, Shireroth doesn't ...

Antica and Kaikas

Well, it should be obvious that Shireroth is deciding to give away the vast majority of the territory of the Dinarchy of Antica - that's why this treaty was thought up in the first place. The only reason why it's "vast majority" is because we have not decided what to do with Kaikas. As it is the onl...

Not in Shireroth. The Cedrist and Soloralist churches (the two major churches of Sh...
